These Indian-manufactured cars called “HM”, are only used as taxis or to drive around officials. so of course there are a lot of them parked around the government buildings in New Delhi, and here I found this guy sitting in one of them waiting for someone or maybe just having a break.
I asked if I could make a photo of him, he said yes, and I just managed to take one photo before all the other drivers who stood nearby came over to see what was going on, I shoot a few while they were standing around, and lucky enough course I ended up selecting one of the photos with them hanging around, cause I very much liked their reflection in the car’s window.
This is a HDR made from a single RAW exposure, made hand-held, because there was no time to put up my tripod, because as you might have noticed the door is open and he was kind of getting out of the car, when I asked him to make the picture, and he didn’t look like he wanted to sit there all day waiting for me.
I imported the HDR and the original exposure in to Photoshop as layers, and masked his face from the original into the HDR, cause people don’t do well in HDR.
