It’s the day after the vernissage on My very first photo exhibition, and I feel kind of weird, sort of empty like the feeling you have when you return from a nice vacation and you know that the every life starts again tomorrow . The vernissage went very well, there were a significant amount of people there and the video/slide show with the live music by Svatbag was pretty awesome.
And Tatyana if you are reading this, I would just like to say thank you so much for doing the Russian translations for us. We made a flyer with your translations for people to pick up and read if they wanted to know what the text in the photos meant.
Today’s photo is a HDR that I wasnt really happy with, and wasnt quiet sure of what to do to fix that. I recently bought the complete Nik Software plug-in for Lightroom, and I thought let’s try this one in black and white. I imported it in Silver EFx pro and played around with most of the sliders until I ended up with what you see above.
I can only highly recommend that you try out the Silver Efx pro plug-in from Nik Software if you wanna do some black and white photos, it is awesome.
Another reason for posting this photo today is that I think it pretty much symbolises have I feel on the day after the vernissage.
