This is the cheapest place I slept in Mexico, $14 a night, but then there was no air-con and I had to bring my own towel and toilet paper, because that wasn’t included in the price. I stayed here for one night, on my 8 days drive around the country, October last year. The owner – an old lady – was very nice and spoke to me a lot, in Spanish which I don’t understand, but it was a lot of fun “talking” to her.
They had this UFO like thing in the middle of the courtyard, which was a bit weird. I don’t know what it was for – and I couldn’t ask – maybe it’s some sort of permanent parasol.
