I been looking for an alternative to the – ridiculously – expensive Lee and Hi-Tech filters for a while now. And I think I found one, the ND1000 filter from Zomei, it’s a square filter (100mm x 100mm) like the two others. But the price is less then half for the filter, and the holder is much cheaper as well.
I’ve used it a few times now, and my conclusion is that it has a minor problem with vignetting, but not that can’t be fix easily in Photoshop or Lightroom. The color reproduction is really good.
I used the filter while I made the photo above.
I can highly recommend this filter, it’s cheap and really good.
